In Vrastama, Halkidiki, olive oil production is a four-generation family journey that began in the 1950s. Today, we marry 70 years of experience with modern technology, maintaining absolute control over every stage of production, from the grove to the bottle.
We strictly adhere to a 12-hour window from harvest to cold extraction to ensure maximum quality and preserve the fruit's pure personality. Our olive oil is stored in state-of-the-art stainless steel tanks, fully protected from oxidation and environmental factors until the final bottling. This dedication allows us to present five distinct, premium monovarietal labels—including Strogylolia, Chondroelia, and Kalamon—each offering a unique, authentic flavor profile.
